1. Download FileZilla.
2. Follow instruction to install FileZilla.
3. Add a ftp site.
3.1 Click [Site Manager...].
3.2 Click 1. [New Site]. 2. Name ftp site. 3. Type [Host] (you can type ftp url or ip). 4. Select "Normal" for [Logon Type]. 5. Type your username and password. 6. Click [OK].
4. Select your ftp site.
5. Drag your folder or files from 1 to 2.

How to setting VPN on Windows 7?
1. [Start] --> [Control Panel] --> [Network and Internet]
2. Click [Set up a new connection or network]
3. Select [Connect to a workplace] --> [Next]
4. Select [No, create a new connection] --> [Next]
5. Select [Use my Internet connection (VPN)]
6. Type [Internet address] and [Destination name] --> [Next]
7. Key in [User name] and [Password]. Check [Remember this password]. Key in [Domain (optional)] if VPN server needed. Click [Connect].

How to add a network printer on Windows XP?
1. Share a printer
1.1 [Start] --> [Printers and Faxes].
1.2 Right-click printer, select [Sharing...].

1.3 Select [Share this printer], click [OK].
2. Check host computer name
2.1 [Start] --> Right-click [My Computer] --> [Properties].
2.2 Check "Full computer name".

3. Add a network printer
3.1 [Start] --> [Printers and Faxes].
3.2 Click [Add a printer].
3.3 Click [Next >].
3.4 Select [A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer], click [Next >].
3.5 Select [Connect to this printer (or to browse for a printer, select this option and click Next)]. Type "\\host computer name\shared printer name" at Name tag. Click [Next >].

Outlook 2003 Mail Backup / Restore
Sometime you may need to backup your Outlook data or if you re-install your Windows, you can follow steps to backup and restore it.
1. Backup Outlook
1.1 On menu bars, [Tools] --> [Options...]

1.2 On Options tabs, [Mail Setup] --> [Data Files...]
1.3 Select which file you'd like to backup, click [Open Folder...]. (If you don't know which files you need to backup, you can backup all.)
1.4 Copy .pst file to your backup folder. You can rename .pst file for easy to understand. Such like add the date you backup.
For Windows 7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook
For Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
2. Restore Outlook
2.1 On menu bars, [File] --> [Open] --> [Outlook Data File...]
2.2 Select .pst file which you want to restore.
